The ACHE 2017 Leaders Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida


During his career, Preston Smith has practiced as an attorney, held public office as a State Senator for Georgia, and fulfilled executive roles in the healthcare industry. Former Senator Preston Smith currently oversees business operations at Tyler & Company, and he is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He also is a board member of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives and recently led educational presentations on the healthcare horizon and the state of healthcare economics and reimbursement. 

The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), comprised of 78 chapters, focuses on helping its members advance their careers and the field of healthcare management. In this effort, ACHE offers credentialing services, several journal and book publications, and educational seminars held regionally through its Face-to-Face Education program.

One such seminar, the 2017 Leaders Conference, will take place May 1st and 2nd at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront in St. Petersburg, Florida. The two-day gathering will focus on strengthening the skills of new healthcare leaders. Attendees will have the opportunity to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, to hone their communication abilities, and to network with ACHE members and faculty.
